How do I place an order?

Where do I send my artwork?

You may submit graphic files under 5mb as email attachments to your sales representative. However, larger resolution files use more bytes of memory and require special methods to transfer the images outside of standard email. 


What file formats do you take?

Accepted file types are AI, PDF or EPS.

Are there any files you do not accept?

Yes, we do not accept Corel Draw, Word, Power Point, Publisher and Excel files.


What File Preparation Guidelines do you use?

When creating a sign start by making a rectangle/square to the size of sign you are wanting and then scale to 25% and design your sign. This will keep the file size to a minimum. For all AI, PDF and EPS files please convert all FONTS TO OUTLINES and embed all images. When using PMS colors use PMS solid coated. It is best to create all images in CMYK. Conversions from RGB to CMYK can cause color shifts and printing errors.


Can you help me with my artwork?

Yes, we have an in house graphic designer who can help with your design needs. We charge on an hourly basis for design services.

Do you offer Proofs prior to printing?

Absolutely. Before we begin production we will provide you with an electronic Proof (Illustrating artwork, colors, spelling and layout) within 24 hours of your artwork/order submissions. Please check over every detail of your proof carefully before approving. Once you are satisified and have emailed your approval to our graphic design department we will begin producing your order.

What is the standard turnaround time?

Depending on the complexity of your project and our current project load, we can produce signs anywhere from hours to several days. However most project will be completed within 3-5 working days.

How will I know when my order is ready?

Upon proof approval you will receive an estimated date and time that your order will be ready. However, we will always call or email you when your order has been completed.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Checks and Cash.

What are your payment terms?

We require full payment on all orders prior to production.

What do I need to do before having a sign installed?

  1. A permit may be required, contacting your local Planning & Zoning Dept. will answer all of your questions.
  2. Before digging, call 811, They will check for any underground utilities. This is a service that is free of charge.
  3. On day of installation make sure the area is free of any vehicles or objects that may hinder installation.
